EXCHANGES: Please submit a completely new order with the new size(s)/shirt(s) desired. If a discount code that was used in the original order is no longer valid to use, please state so in the return and we will apply it for you. Your new order will be refunded once we receive the original order. This process is done in order to keep things organized and speed the process up - allowing us to send shirts back 2-3 days earlier. Make sure to state, inside of the package with the shirt(s) being exchanged, that it is an exchange. Simply leaving a note that reads "Exchange" is sufficient, we just need to know that it is an exchange. Additionally, please leave your order number on the same note with "Exchange" written on it. You do not need to e-mail us ahead of time to warn us you are exchanging and nothing else is required inside of the exchange other than the shirt(s) along with the note reading "Exchange" and your order number written on it. You will receive a complete refund on the order - including shipping. If you would like to add a completely new shirt in the new order you are placing for the exchange, that is fine and you do not need to inform us as we will only be refunding shirt(s) that we receive. The refunds are typically sent over within 3 business days - you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The refund is instantly sent to your payment processor, but the funds may take additional time to become available - varying by bank/processor. ORDER STATUS: Orders are typically sent out within 3-5 business days, but may extend an additional 1-2 business days during times of overwhelming volume. We work on a typical business day schedule. When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number along with verification that it has been shipped.
 
ORDER EDIT/CHANGE: We will try our absolute best to respond to your e-mail if you need to change a part of your order such as your address or name used. However, we cannot guarantee this as some orders are sent out same-day or early during the next day.
